Herbs for Stress Relief

Kim presents her Second Saturdays Garden Classes, kicking off this October with  "Herbs for Stress Relief".  We all live active, busy lives, and sometimes it helps to learn holistic ways to lower our stress level.  

In this Class you will enjoy an interactive discussion about Adaptogenic Herbs, with special focus on Tulsi (Holy) Basil.  A plant is included in the purchase of this Class, giving you the opportunity to grow and clip fresh Tulsi at your own home.  In addition, we will put together a Stress Relieving Looseleaf Tea Blend, and you will be able to take a sample home as well.

This Class will be taking place in the beautiful outdoor amphitheater, located in the middle of Berridge Nursery.  There are padded seat cusions for your comfort, and we try to create a shady environment if the sun is too warm.  Please check the weather and dress accordingly.  If rain is in the forecast, we will move our class into the Greenhouse.  Here are a few important things to remember:

• This Class is geared towards adults, but teens would be welcome if they have a true interest in Herbal Remedies.  No children under the age of 10 please!
• Bring a drink or snacks if you want one
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  I cannot give refunds, but if a conflict arises, please contact me and we can get you moved to another class on another date
