I am so excited to be bringing back LIVE - In Person Classes this year! We kick off the season with my newly revised Introduction to Herbal Medicine, happening on Saturday, April 22rd, from 1-3pm at the Harumi Yoga Studio in North Scottsdale.

Men and Women, aged 16+ are invited to join this class and begin your journey into the wonderful world of Herbal Medicine.

With this Class you also will receive a sample of an Herbal Remedy with instructions on how to make and use it, as well as extensive notes and I will also be sharing a few of my proprietary recipes for Herbal Remedies.
