Celebrate Summer!

June 20th marked the official First Day of Summer, and many of us celebrated the Summer Solstice...but guess what...you can continue celebrating the magic and warmth of the season all Summer long! Now is the perfect time to pay homage to the fireball in the sky with bright decorations of reds, orange, yellows and greens...enjoy watching the sunrises and sunsets, and of course do some candle magick too! Anything associated with the element of Fire works perfectly into this time of year.

Summer reminds us to set intentions and have gratitude in our lives. If you have a garden growing it has likely reached its peak. In some parts of the country it may be starting to burn out (such as where I live in Arizona), but in other parts it might just be starting to burst with color! Wherever you are, take pause and appreciate the bounty of the Earth. Light an evening fire in your firepit or celebrate by BBQing on your grill. Sit quietly and journal about your life today, making plans for what you want to see grow in the future. Celebrate the person you are, with a day of self-care and self-love, doing the things you enjoy. If you can get out in nature, by all means do it...and above all, find the magic in the season. ~Kim
