These bundles are a lovely combination of herbs that I personally grow in my own yard, wrapped in 100% cotton string. How do you use a smudge bundle?

* Light the bundle (I like to carry a lighter with me as I burn the smudge in case I need to re-light as I use it)
* Allow to burn in one location or walk around a space to clear and renew the air with your intended energies
* You don't have to burn it all at once...use as needed!
