GOOD MOOD/STRESS RELIEF TEA

One of my personal favorite teas to drink anytime I'm feeling a little down and need a little help elevating my mood. The herbal combination in this blend really work as adaptogens, to help mitigate stress and bring a sense of calm to your day. This isn't a drowsy blend, so it should be safe to drink during the day.

I love to drink this tea iced, but it tastes great warm as well. As always, if you prefer a little sweater tea, just add a natural sweetener like honey or stevia.

Each bag is sold by volume rather than actual weight, and we estimate you should be able to make 10-15 cups of tea when using Traditional Tea Brewing measurements off 1-1.5 tsp in 6oz of hot water. If you use more (or less) your total servings per bag will change.
