THROAT SOOTHING TEA
 
This is an incredibly delicious and mucilaginous tea blend and it is designed to help soothe your throat.  This is a perfect tea to brew hot OR cold, and it will help coat your inflamed throat and soothe it.  As it begins to cool that scratchy, sore throat, the blend of herbs will also help promote healing to the inflamed tissues.
 
You can sweeten the tea if desired, and I recommend using a natural sweetener like stevia or honey (which will add even more antibacterial benefits), and you can even add orange slices to it for a special flavor profile!
 
The traditional way to brew this tea would be to pour 6-8oz of hot water over 1-2tsp of herbs and allow them to seep for 15-20. minutes. You can also do a cold infusion of this tea...adding it to water and letting it brew in the fridge overnight. As with all teas, if you like them sweet, you can always add a natural sweetener like honey or stevia.

Each bag is sold by volume rather than actual weight, and we estimate you should be able to make 10-15 cups of tea when using Traditional Tea Brewing measurements off 1-1.5 tsp in 6oz of hot water. If you use more (or less) your total servings per bag will change.
