Service Description
I have been gardening in the Valley of the Sun for over 40 years and would love to help you create the home kitchen garden of your dreams! Consultations are limited to Kitchen Vegetable Gardening, and we can discuss your current vegetable garden questions, or I can help educate you on starting your very own Kitchen Garden! I specialize in raised bed gardening, and will be happy to make recommendations on garden size, bed construction, soil, watering, fertilizing, and of course plant selection for the season. This Consultation is limited to the discussion of Kitchen Vegetable Gardens & the companion plants that work well in that set-up. I service the metro-phoenix area and am willing to travel up to 40 miles from my zip code of 85250 to get to your property. (If you live outside of the metro-phoenix area, please email me PRIOR to purchasing a consultation to see if I can travel to you & if any travel fees will be applied) Once you sign up for a Consultation, I will contact you within 3 days to set up a date for your Consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Any date changes or cancellations must also be made directly with Kim. NO REFUNDED CANCELLATIONS WILL BE HONORED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF A SCHEDULED EVENT. We do understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and sometimes events need to be rescheduled. As long as this is done prior to the 72 hour window before the scheduled event, there will be no fee to change dates/times. In the last 72 hours there will be a $50 reschedule fee. **If you have a last minute need to re-schedule, please discuss this with Kim. She may be able to waive the change fee depending on the circumstances. If an event needs to be cancelled entirely, it must be done so PRIOR TO THE 72 HOUR TIME in order to receive a refund. *We do not do any refunds within the last 72 hours preceding an event for the following reason: materials have already been purchased and extensive time has been devoted to planning and creating your beautiful event. PLEASE NOTE THIS AND CONSIDER THIS GUIDELINE BEFORE BOOKING AN EVENT.
